Wow! My man from The DMV which is D.C Maryland and Virginia for those who don't know... Had his tattoo's removed with laser treatment. I have been searching the web to find out why. Some say Pharrell hates his tattoo's some and some say he plans to get more. Only PW knows the real reason. Check out the pic!
