Rihanna is my summer fling. I went to the "Glow in the dark tour." Well, I was working. I was selling candy at the Staple Center trying to pay the rent. But anyway Rihanna is hot. Update: To Morningside High School

For those who didn't read the article about Mocha Soul going into Morningside High School to speak on the difference between talent and will power as well as acting, starting a clothing line and most importantly living out your dreams.  Here is an update with pictures.  

First, I will like to thank Morningside High Film Academy for allowing me to paint my impression upon your life experiences.  I had a wonderful time, and you young woman and men are so talent and bright.  There is no reason why you can't become who you desire to become.  Continue to follow your dreams.  Your dreams might not be right in front of you to focus on with your iris, but as long as you know that it's there, you can see them.  And remember, everyone is not going to see what you see.  That doesn't mean that you can't accomplish your dreams.  I love you guys with all my heart.  Call me anytime.  I'll see yall at the top.

I just got finish listening to The Carter III, thanks to the big hommies at Power 106. Big ups DJ Felli Fell and Yesi Ortiz, I appreciate it. Okay, lets get to the juice. Lil Wayne is the Truth. I almost had to turn the radio off My God! The Album is that hot. He has a song with Baby Face that is going to drive the ladies crazy, and Mr. Carter with Jay-Z My God! Lil Wayne displays his range on his up coming Album which is set to hit stores on June 10. I'm going to step out and say, he will go platinum in in three-days. If not, seven-days at the most. You will most certainly get your moneys worth. The young boy did his thing with this album. The best rapper alive, is in the ear of the beholder. But I think he has at least for the summer.

Venice Beach

If you come to California make sure you go to Venice Beach.  Mocha Soul Clothing is all ways trying to capture the most interesting moments in life, and it doesn't get more interesting than (VB).

 This is meant in a Good way. At (VB) most of the entertainers have there on way of making money.  Top left you will see The Bushman.  The Bushman, draws a crowd by yelling the words, "Scrabbled Eggs, as he tells people he is trying to get back to the mother land.  

You will see a spear in his hands along with a frying pan.  Zulekha Williams, who is on the left of the Bushman takes his pan to express her gratitude of excitement.  

Bottom left is a juggler.  The Juggler earns his money by drawing the a crowd in to see how he juggles the pins about.  Last, is the Skateboarder.   

He does amazing tricks with the board to draw in a crowd.  He is preparing for a jump, which he landed.  

There are numerous ways to earn money at (VB).  If you have a talent and want to earn some money, give VB a shot.

Black Folks do go to the Beach

People always say black people can't swim or we don't go to the beach.  Don't get me wrong their are a lot of black folks who can't swim and do not enjoy the beach.  And I blame it on their parents. I'm from the inner city and I wasn't taught how to swim although my Pops is like a fish in the water.  I remember my moms saying, "Don't get in that water something might bite'cha your ass and you ain't going to be able to bite it back"  Sometimes your parents have there on inner fears, but parents must know that black kids or any kid who doesn't know how to swim is missing out on the beauty of nature.  I had to learn how to swim on my own and I later took lessons.  So, for my young kids out there make sure you are pushing your parents to teach you all the little things in life, and for my inner city kids who are not surrounded by large bodies of water and do not have parents at home to teach them.  Make sure you stay on your Rec. center counselors to schedule field trips to the beach or a swimming pool.
