Ro Spit "LEVI DENIM" SINGLE!!!

Love this song. THE "OH S#!T PROJECT"presented by BURN RUBBER & ACAPULCO GOLD coming NOVEMBER 10th. I need ALL the blogs that support good, fly music to post this ASAP. Thank you and you're welcome.

"On the heels of Jay-z shouting out his fashion collection, Burn Rubber, Detroit's fashion icon Ro Spit releases the lead single off his highly lauded The OH S#!T Project entitled "Levi Denim". The project is due to release on Tuesday, November 10th. The project is sponsored by Acapulco Gold and Burn Rubber. This track is produced by Nino The Pelican. Notable project features include Bun B, Monica Blaire, Curtains, Marvwon, and Stretch Money.

The song is certainly an ode to the iconic denim brand, Levi. As a fashion enthusiast Ro belts out numbers that refer to different fits and cuts of the denim such as 501 or 505. However if you listen closer there are mentions of exclusive, limited, and even foreign references to the omnipresent brand. Ro mentions "...watermelon cuff, Clot, times symbol Medicom"; pointing out the collaboration between Levi, Clot the Hong Kong brand, and Medicom the toy maker that retailed for about $470. Then of course there is the reference to Mastermind JAPAN and Fenom, an intensely stalked collaboration; Ro boasts "When I got em on i feel like im a phenom (Fenom)...my pockets deeper than my thoughts and im a Mastermind". And to further prove Ro keeps up with the brand he even mentions fall 09 Luker by Neighborhood collaboration with Levi, I won't spoil that line, I'll let you fish it out.

From every angle this song is meticulously crafted and contains many layers, some for the casual fan, and all for the Levi aficionado. Please enjoy the song and take a moment to share with your audience. Below are three links, two pictures to select from to post along with the song."

Source Confirms Charlamagne Fired Over Beanie Sigel Interview

Drama over at 100.3 in Philly! Yesterday, Charlamagne Tha God (Wendy Williams‘ outspoken former sidekick who got his own show) Tweeted about getting fired from the station. He (and everybody else) speculated that it had something to do with that drama filled Beanie Sigel interview a few days ago where Beans fired shots at Jay-Z. And it looks like Jay is indeed the new Diddy (remember when he got Wendy fired for saying he was gay?). The folks over at Media Outrage chatted with a station employee who confirms:

RO SPIT X BURN RUBBER SNAP BACK PREVIEW

Finish this sentence: You're know you're a big deal when...

Anybody?? Bueller???

Well, if you finished that sentence with anything around "you get a hat with your own name and logo on it" then yes, you got it right. To commemorate the release of "THE OH SH*T PROJECT", Ro Spit will be releasing a snapback hat exclusively at Burn Rubber (duuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuh). This will be releasing soon, so be on the lookout #internetzgocrazy

Gucci Icon Pop Up Shop Party

goodie bag x Mark Ronson custom Record

Niche, boutique labels and designers have a big place in our hearts , however we also love to look at the mega luxury brands and see how they are able to use their might and icon status to generate a buzz. Just like the interlocking C’s its virtually impossible to look at red and green and not think of Gucci. At least in our branding obsessed minds that is the case. We were happy to see that the label was able to smartly use their logo/colors to launch their sneaker pop up shop last week.

On the next page check out what caught our eyes at the party Gucci hosted at the Bowery, including the only chicks with kicks Ann Dexter Jones(via wire) who stylishly rocked Gucci Sneakers with a suit! View the collection here.
