UNDFTD - August New Releases
Everyone and their mother is in Las Vegas this week for MAGIC and as a result UNDFTD will be releasing special product at their Las Vegas store for all those vintage clothing fans out there. UNDFTD was able to dig up some deadstock vintage UNLV snapback caps and have added their UNDFTD logo as well as “Runnin ‘Vegas” to the caps. Additionally they will be releasing two new t-shirts including the Silverlake Regional T-Shirt and collaboration t-shirt with Massive Monkeys. The vintage caps are only available at the Las Vegas store whereas the Regional SL tee is only available at the Silverlake store and the Massive Monkeys collaboration tee is available at UNDFTD LA and the e-store.

Nike Blazer Mid Premium - Tiger Woods...Tiger! Tiger! Tiger! Wooods Y'all!!!
As the current number # 1 player in golf world recuperate from injuries, Nike is set to release a special Blazer this weekend in honor of Tiger Woods and his achievements. Covered with numerous symbolisms, the entire upper is in white leather with “dimple” treatments, as the same dimples found on a golf ball. Nike Swoosh in faux fur with a hint of tiger stripes represents Woods’ name and his tenacity on the greens. 2 very interesting icons can be found on the heel tab and tongue. On the heel tab, a yellow likeness of US with a red star on Augusta, Georgia, where the one of the 4 major golf championships, The Masters, takes place. It was the first major championship Woods won in 1997, just a year after he turned professional. As tradition, winner of Masters Tournament receive a green sports jacket. A similarity could also be found on the Nike Blazer Mid’s tongue, with exception that it is now a green Windrunner instead.

Questlove Air Force 1 Release Recap
With the Questlove Air Force 1s releasing in New York and Philadelphia recently, the sneakers just dropped at the Montalban Theatre in Hollywood, CA. As many of you know, Questlove from the musical band “The Roots” designed this pair of Air Force 1s, which is part of Nike’s 1World’s Influencer Pack. Only 300 pairs were released worldwide, and Questlove himself was on hand to sign the 100 pairs that were available. Also, eight pairs of a special gold edition were handed out at random, with only 25 pairs existing wordwide. People started lining up three days before the release, on August 3rd, with some coming from the Bay Area. via DUB

Vans Era x Classickicks - Vintage Pack
Classickicks, a sneaker and clothing boutique located in New York City, recently partnered up with Vans to recreate classic colorways of the Era and the Mid School 77. When asked to do the collaboration, Classickicks’ Nick Santora decided to use an old Vans ad from the 1970’s as the inspiration. The project started with the Mid School 77 with a red colorway as the starting point and a blue colorway was decided on as well. The Era, also in the Vans ad was chosen as well and four classic colorways were recreated. Each of the of the four Eras feature a suede toe, tongue and heel and the midbody is canvas. Look for these four new classics at Classickicks this coming Saturday August 9th at 11am for $65.00 each.
Questlove Air Force 1 Release @ Ubiq Recap
The Questlove Air Force 1, known more colloquially as the “Air ?uesto,”has been one of the most anticipated releases this year. Nothing more can really be said about the Air Force 1’s at this point, as they’ve been some of the most talked about kicks in recent history, but the two drops so far of these sneakers have been massive. The Philly drop at Ubiq even earned some attention on local news channels, and for good reason; the line was incredible, and no doubt something rarely seen in Philadelphia. While the New York City drop was undoubtedly huge (article here), the Ubiq launch was equally gigantic, and also had ?uestlove there, signing boxes and DJ-ing for customers. A few lucky customers even had ?uestlove pay for their purchases! This was definitely one of the biggest events of the year by far, and will be remembered by all who attended for a longtime.Via UBIQ
